Terms and Agreement Policy

It is the responsibility of the person or organization hiring this Equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the Equipment. Please carefully review and adhere to the following Rules and Safety Instructions:

Supervision & Usage:

1. A responsible Adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

2. No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable.

3. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the inflatable.

4. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly strings to be used on or near the Inflatable.

5. No smoking on or around the inflatable.

6. No barbeques or open fire around the Inflatable.

7. No water allowed in close proximity to electric air blower or electric cords.

8. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.

9. Always ensure that inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Do not allow children to play together who are unevenly matched in weight and height.

10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at anytime.

Setup & Environmental Considerations:

11. The inflatable must be placed on a flat surface, at least 2 meters away from any structure or obstacle.

12. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation.

13. If operated outside, secure bouncer and air blower to the ground with the provided stakes or sandbags.

14. Inflatable must not be run in the winds or wind gusts are over 25km/h.

15. Do not operate during the rain. In case of sudden rain: turn off the electric air blower, deflate bouncer, and cover or bring electric blower indoors immediately.

16. Make sure power cords are properly secured. Keep children out of reach from electric air blower and electric cords.

17. The Customer is responsible for clearly indicating the preferred set-up location upon delivery. If no location is provided, Jump Up Bouncers will select a suitable area at its discretion.

18. The Customer acknowledges that inflatables may cause temporary or permanent damage to grass or landscaped surfaces due to weight, moisture, or prolonged placement. Jump Up Bouncers is not liable for such damage.

Equipment Responsibility & Permits:

19. In case of equipment malfunction or damage, stop the operation and contact Jump Up Bouncers.

20. The Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for installation on public or private property, including but not limited to permission for the use of stakes and/or generators.

21. The Customer agrees to provide safe and legal access to the event site and ensure that no underground utilities or irrigation systems are affected by stake installation.

22. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safety, care, and return of all rented equipment and will be held financially liable for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning resulting from misuse or failure to follow these rules.

Failure in following above safety instructions might result in damage of equipment, injury, or even death. Customers will be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from negligence or non-compliance to the above Rules and Safety Instruction
