This West Coast style frame tent uses a rigid anodized aluminum frame, galvanized steel fittings and a single-piece 16 oz block-out PVC vinyl tent top. The vinyl top is waterproof, UV resistant, flame resistant, and resistant to mold and mildew.

Expandable tent options: We have 3 tents available. Depending on availability and site conditions, the tents can be combined into larger layouts such as 20 ft x 40 ft or 20 ft x 60 ft. A 20 ft rain gutter is available for connected West Coast frame tent setups for $30 extra.

Sidewall Kit: Sidewalls are not included in the base rental. A 20 ft x 20 ft high peak frame sidewall kit with 8 ft walls, hook/loop and clip connections is available as an extra option for $100.

Setup surfaces: This frame tent can be used on grass, asphalt, concrete and soft surfaces when properly secured. Surface, staking, weights, access and site conditions must be confirmed before setup.

Weather precautions: Outdoor tents must be used safely. This tent should not be used during high winds, lightning, snow or unsafe weather. Rainwater must not be allowed to collect on the fabric. Proper anchoring and regular tension checks are required during the event.
