The 20x40 layout is made from two 20x20 white West Coast frame tents connected together. Each tent section uses a rigid anodized aluminum frame, galvanized steel fittings and a single-piece 16 oz block-out PVC vinyl tent top. The vinyl tops are waterproof, UV resistant, flame resistant, and resistant to mold and mildew.

Connected tent setup: A connected 20x40 layout gives more covered space for guests, tables, food service, vendor booths, displays, event equipment, photo booths and seating areas. A 20 ft rain gutter is available for connected West Coast frame tent setups for $30 extra.

Sidewalls: Sidewalls are not included in the base rental. Sidewall options are available as extra add-ons and should be confirmed before booking.

Current setup surface: Professional setup is currently available on grass only, where both frame-tent sections can be secured with stakes. Access and site conditions must be confirmed before setup.
